FeedFix service terms

The monthly plan

FeedFix workspace costs USD $79 per month and renews until cancelled. There is one plan, no usage overages and no included free trial. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed in checkout. Cancel through the billing portal at any time; access continues through the period already paid. You may also use the free bundled-sample demo without subscribing.

Scope of the service

FeedFix provides bounded, browser-local CSV diagnosis and comparison. It does not guarantee marketplace approval, lost-revenue recovery, a complete provider diagnosis or error-free source data. Reports are evidence for human review, not corrected feeds or permission to change a catalogue automatically.

Your responsibilities

Use only files you are authorized to review. Check mappings, original values, identity ambiguity and source context before acting. Keep your own copies of reports and source exports; your subscription does not include cloud storage for these files.

Billing and access

Paid access is based on verified subscription payment, not the checkout return page. Failed or overdue payments may suspend access. Refund requests and applicable consumer rights are handled under the merchant’s checkout policies and governing law; these terms do not exclude mandatory statutory rights.

Separate accounts

This is a FeedFix subscription and account. It does not include other ProvHQ products. Manage or cancel billing before deleting your sign-in account so you retain access to subscription controls.
