Privacy, data & limits

Product files stay in your browser

Your product, reference, corrected and issue-list CSVs are read locally. They are not uploaded to FeedFix, Turso, Clerk, Stripe, Google or an AI service. No product-source persistence or automatic save is provided. Closing or reloading your tab can discard the working set; download reports you need.

Accounts and payments are different

Clerk processes your FeedFix sign-in and account information. Stripe hosts payment and subscription management, including payment details and billing information. Our dedicated billing database stores the account identifier, bound Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, paid-through status and payment-event processing metadata. It does not contain your product CSV or card details.

Authentication uses necessary cookies. Normal web hosting, authentication and payment requests may contain technical metadata such as IP address and browser information. There is no product-file telemetry or model processing.

What the checks cover

UTF-8 comma-separated CSV only: up to 5 MB, 10,000 rows and 256 columns. Ten local checks cover ID presence/length, duplicate IDs, title, description, product/image URL syntax, availability, price format, condition and GTIN format/check digit. Rule freshness and unavailable rules remain visible in reports.

Live website prices and checkout, images, manufacturer identifiers, policy eligibility, account health and marketplace approval are not verified. No native store/Google integration, XML, TSV, XLSX or automatic source correction is included.

Evidence is not a corrected feed

Exports are diagnostic worklists and evidence. Spreadsheet-facing CSV values are formula-escaped; JSON retains original source strings. Reference and issue-list joins preserve ambiguity instead of choosing a winner. Source labels, timestamps and scope declarations are yours, not a provider attestation.

Keep control

Use Clear in the workspace to discard its current local working set. Manage or cancel the subscription from your account. Cancellation does not delete legally required billing records. Use the account menu for sign-in management; removing a sign-in account is not a substitute for cancelling billing first.
